Genius Bar UI.

Designed for iOS 13 and use in an Apple Store, this UI focuses on helping users quickly adjust all settings on their iPhone before handing it over to an Apple Store Genius.

With a similar UI to a HomePod and AirPods setup, Genius Bar UI was designed to speed up Apple store appointment times.

Designed For Ease.

Start Repair.

Hold your device next to the Genius’s iPad to get started. A pop-up similar to the setup process for AirPods or HomePod will show. Press “Start Repair” to continue.

Share with Genius.

Log out of Find My.

As required before a full factory reset, users will be advised to log out of find my before continuing with the repair.

Run Diagnostics.

Finally, the user will be required to run a full diagnostic before reseting the device. This will give the Genius all the necessary crash and device data.

Reset iPhone.

Now the user can reset their device and hand it over to the Apple Genius assistant.
